Meet Our New Boss
Meet the new boss of Takbo.ph – Alfonso Gabriel. Gab for short. Although he doesn’t write the blogs yet but he starts to dictate our schedules already. Quennie gave birth last January 21, 2011. Time was 6:05 am. But my Garmin says it was 6:06 am.
I was right there at the delivery room when Gab arrived. I saw everything and keep on telling Quennie everything I see while she was preparing for the next push.
Will he be a runner? Only time will tell. “Kung diin ka masaya, suportahan ta ka.”
Welcome to the running world, Gab.
Gab: Watch me practice my breathing.
Gab: I want my hydration every 15 mins. Ok?
Gab: I can’t play yet without shoes, you know.
Gab: She’s my support crew for marathons and for everything else. *wink*
Gab: Rest and recovery is very very important.
