For long runs, I’ve noticed the difference between taking water alone vis-a-vis with Powerade. I’d say it helps me sustain the level of performance for much longer. I am a runner and a basketball Player, I live a very active life. Before when I’m on court I used to drink other sports drink. Then I join a fun run, that’s the first time I drink Powerade. I did a very good job of finishing my 5k at 27 mins. So even if its on court or on the road I will always be a Powerade drinker.
