Video: Watch Usain Bolt’s Forefoot Strides

Usain Bolt has successfully defended his title in the 200m dash at the IAAF World Championships in Daegu, Korea. He had a time 19.40 seconds for the 200m. This is a great comeback for the world’s fastest man after his false start disqualification in the 100m.

Watch how Usain Bolt runs in the 200m.  This video shows his long strides and a forefoot landing.  His heels were even barely touching the ground. Slow mo at 3:53 in the video.
