2012 Rogin-E Last Man Running 2 (BGC)
The Rogin-E Last Man Running 2 will be held on March 24, 2012 at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This will be a challenge for runners to go as far as they can for 7 hours straight! The longer they go, the better. Aside from the Last Man Running, there will be other categories: 5+2k and 10+4k.

what does 5+2k mean? curious newbie here
it mean your running of a total of 7k…

@Bongskinov participants for the LMR will get a medal (not sure about those that will not qualify with the required pacing early though) and top finishers of the other categories as well
@winston eman is right, rather than going your usual 5k, you’re challenged to make it 7k

Gun start are as follows: 2am for LMR/LWR category, 5:30am for 10+4k and 6am for 5+2k
