2012 LifeSavers Run 3/5/10K (Taguig)
The 2012 LifeSavers Run will be on May 13, 2012 at the Bonifacio Naval Station, Taguig City. The event shall have three main objectives. First is to promote physical fitness. Second is to communicate to the public the initiatives of the Philippine Navy reservists on various CMO programs that directly support the AFP’s IPSP. Third is to generate funds to support noble causes/projects, such as: the PNOWA Scholarship fund assistance and the PN Reservists Disaster Response Capability Enhancement. It is in the hope of the organizers that when such event is being solicited from a group of people benefiting from running as their sports can generate contributions that, when put together, would mean a lot !

Singlet design, freebies and other information sir
kung galing ka sa pasay rotonda sumakay ka ng jeep papintang FTI taguig. sabihin mo lang sa driver sa gate 3 ka bababa.
will post singlet design by tomorrow. may raffle din po pagtapos ng race. may mountain bike, GCs, and many others. kasama po tatakbo si dingdong dantes, rio dela cruz and others.

The shirt really is nice! Navy blue with red trim — actually one of the nicest shirts I’ve seen in a race kit.

The shirts are really nice! But what is the situation with the timing? The bib has a bar code sticker on it — but it’s not a timing chip. Does that mean you’ll just take the bar code as people cross the finish line?! Can you give us some details?
Also, I don’t see any information about the gun start time, either in the kit or on this site! What time do the races start?

i u can get to market market you can ride a jeep going to gate 3.sabihin nyo lang po sa marine camp kau bababa.if you’ll be coming frm edsa-magallanes,u can ride a jeep from pasong tamo extension in front alpaland mall going to gate 3 then u can warm up either by walking or jogging around 200 to 300 meters going to marines gate…hope this could help u in getting directions…thank you and happy running runner….

hope makabigay po kayo ng directions kung pano pumunta sa place by car from edsa. ang hirap po kc nung ganito na hindi kmi familiar sa place. baka hindi po nmin agad makita. tnx.

Well organized and I saw Coach Rio too. I will definitely join this again next year.
Nice raffle, food for the runners, loot bags, hydration and the location.
I agree, the loot bag was pretty decent! 100Plus + water + 2 bottles of Fit n Right = okay na!
Di lang yung Navy, sobrang lakas ng Marines! I’m glad to know first hand that our military men are in tip-top shape!

well, technically the marines is a component of the navy being its infantry force … but I saw army contingent as well … Coach rio was huffing and puffing .. ding dong was a “no show” glad to have been a part of this run … sa susunod ulit..:)
