1st Heroes Run 2012 3/5/10/21K (Taguig)
1st Heroes Run 2012 will be on December 2, 2012 at Fort Andres Bonifacio Complex, Taguig City. This event aims to provide medical assistance to our living heroes in uniform: Battle Wounded in Action (WIA) personnel of the Philippine Army as well as our athletes such as the Dragon Boat Team (Philippine Team), Boxers, Athletics (Olympian Maristela Torres), Soccer Players (Roel Gener and Manuel Sacapano of the AZKAL), Volleybelles (National V-League Champion) and other event that our soldier athletes excel both in the local and international scene. They are the beneficiaries through the different health care benefits provided by the Army General Hospital (AGH).

It was one of my best runs. Very well organized. Water stations fully equipped. The route was the best. Heritage park, living an ng mga bayani, and American Cemetery just to mention a few. Thank you Heroes!! Well done!!

My first and certainly not my last…I did not realize it was such fun. The sight of the assembled runners, young and old, men and women, entire families together, the many children, excitement in their faces is truly amazing. I am already excited to join the next… The next time, it will have to be farther and faster hehehe.
Nag enjoy kami sa run na ito…best decision na dito kami tumakbo..with our kids…enjoy sila sa run..ang bilis ng mga sundalo…enjoy sila sa tank..naka costume na ranger na parang sasabak sa laban…we tried sa tank at pinahawak pa kami ng baril…ambigat ng bazooka..its really one of our best run…lalo na pag nakikita mo ang mga sundalo..iba ang feeling…parang pati ako hero…:)
