Patikar-Run para sa Kalikasan 2013 1/3/5K (Batangas)

The Patikar-Run para sa Kalikasan 2013 will be held on March 24, 2013 at the Municipal Hall, San Jose, Batangas. Organized by Halina’t Ating Sagipin ang Inang Kalikasan (HASIK), an environmental non-stock and non-profit organization in San Jose, Batangas, that hopes to awaken and send alarm signals to the whole Province of Batangas about the extent of pollution caused by the dumping of solid and live-stock wastes into the rivers that flows to Calumpang River down to Batangas Bay. Proceeds of this run for a cause will be part of the initial funds for the rehabilitation and development of the Malaking Tubig, the river from which the town derived its name “San Jose de
Malaquing Tubig”.
