        Thanks sir.

that’s what I noticed with Runningmate, the results timed by them are always based on gun time. Don’t they have the capability to get the results based on chip time?

    1. It was as if I went to the grocers to buy Rebisco products. Punong-puno ang loot bag. And the loot bag is nice.
    2. Punctuality was observed really. The only thing is,maybe it would have been adjusted a bit earlier, maybe 30 minutes earlier.
    3. The raffle prizes were very nice indeed, although I did not win any,it was just fun seeing the winners claim their prizes.
    4. There was a firetruck showering the runners! Wootwoot! That was coooooool!
    5. And most of all,I never thought there was a medal for the Top 50 finishers of the 5K. Galing-galing naman talaga! More power to you!

To marshal or to run? If I choose the former, there will be some remuneration for me. Solve ang pang merienda ng tropa! But I chose the latter coz it has been a while since a ran the 10K distance and lately I have had doubts as to my capacity to finish under an hour. So ran I did and did not regret a second of it! Everything from the baggage to the hosts to the program before gunstart where efficient and lively. The hydration was on cue, every 1.5km and with overflowing water and sports drink. Add mo pa yung fabulous shower along the route. The route was superb! The C5 overpass provided a welcome extra challenge. Sabi ko goodbye trying to do a sub 1 hr. But every so often along strategic points my marshal buddies kept cheering me to dig deeper and give something more. Reaching the finishline I did not get a medal but the overflowing lootbag with supersized goodies more than made up for it. Pero tanggalin pa natin lahat ng iyan I was contented to the utmost degree, I got what I wish and trained for and more – not only a sub 1 but a PR at that! Thanks Rebisco and thanks Sir Jinoe.

thanks rebisco, thanks leadpack and runningmate for the quick results. just a minor comment on the order of the race result. a little off also by around 40 seconds from the time i saw on the board when i was about to cross the finish line.

overall i give this race and the organizer 9/10. sana meron ulit next year

Thank you very much to everyone who participated in this event. To the kind words of everyone who posted…thank you very much. It really lifted my spirit that the countless hours I put into this event was not wasted.

Thank you to Leadpack and the other members of the Rebisco@50 organizing team, I won’t name you one by one, for helping make this dream of mine come true.

Thanks for organizing this great race
Good points you want to think about for next year
-earlier gun start – summer months = hotter temps
-timing mat needs to be closer to the actual finish line to avoid timing discrepancies
-big trash bins at all aid stations
-not sure why the race was held along the busiest roads of the BGC – the honda area far better traffic wise which means less pollution for everyone to inhale – scary is the pollution we cannot smell or see
-exclude the c5 flyover – go back to the pollution and traffic issue plus added people who are starting to hate running events/runners for that matter
-toilets were non existent near the area vs when the venue was near the honda area – portalettes you provided was just about right but still would have been great to dress up inside one of the toilets/rest rooms in the parking lots
-overall still a great race, great bang for your buck with all the wonderfull freebies, will join again next year
    -overall still a great race
