2. Parellel Lacing – lessens the tightness on top of the foot.  If the lace seems to be too tight, try this parallel lacing to loosen them up.

3. Bruised Toe Lacing – reduces pressure on the toes and prevents blackening of the big toe.

4. Hot Spot Lacing – lets you avoid the painful areas on top of the foot.  You can easily skip some holes on the shoe to avoid hot spots or areas where the skin rubs to much on the socks or on the shoe.
