Shoes pala kala ko legs
bumili ako nung sabado, 9 talaga size ko pero 9.5 kinuha for for allowance, when i started running it parang may tightness sa midoot ko tolerable naman yung pain then after mga 3km medyo nawala na,, help naman sa mga gumagamit din ng structure 20 is that normal need ko pa ba itakbo ng ilang km pa like break in o need ko palitan maganda sana yung response eh gusto ko sana talaga siya
