ManokanRunner is Nuffnang's Blogger of the Month

Nuffnang is an online blog advertising community in Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Australia.  Basically, I sign up with the site, post their ads, and earn from them.  But the earnings are not that lucrative.  It's not enough to buy me a new pair of running shoes yet.

Every month, Nuffnang features a blogger from their network.  For October, I get to be the Nuffnang's Blogger of the Month.  I got a chance to share my blogging experience with them and also promote Takbo.ph and running.

Yeezzz!  I’m Nuffnang’s Blogger of the Month of October! Thank you, Nuffnang, for this feature. This is really my favorite month of the year (it’s his birth month – ed).

I started blogging in March 2005.  First, it was in Friendster and later moved to Wordpress as Manokan Express, www.manokan.wordpress.com.  The name came from my hometown, Bacolod, which is famous for its Manokan Country and of course the chicken inasal.  I used to blog about personal experiences at home, work, school, and hobbies.  Back then, I just write one blog in a month.
