Sign up to complete a distance of 5K, 10K or 16K in a single or multiple runs. Run anytime and anywhere between March 14-17. Once you have completed your target distance, we will send your Finisher e-Certificate via our FB Chatbot and the RUN. SLEEP. REPEAT. TRAINING SHIRT if you availed it as an ADD-ON purchase.
And remember, to sleep and recover in between your runs. Run safe. Sleep soundly. Repeat!
World Sleep Day is an annual event, intended to be a celebration of sleep and a call to action on important issues related to sleep, including medicine, education, social aspects and driving. It is organized by the World Sleep Day Committee of World Sleep Society (founded by WASM and WSF) and aims to lessen the burden of sleep problems on society through better prevention and management of sleep disorders. World Sleep Day is held the Friday before Spring Vernal Equinox of each year. World Sleep Day 2019 will be on March 15.
