    454 runners for 3K… 872 runners ang 5K at 466 ang tumakbo para sa 10K… ganyan karami ang tumiwalag kay kaya mo ba si coach… nyahehehehe

    loved the downhills and uphills ng 10k, ang dami at challenging. no problem with hydration. saya!

        Sir… pang 65 ka sa over all ng 10 k kaso wala yung name mo, bib number & upon checking the result… nakita ko na yung name nasa result ng RU2… nyahehehehehe joke lang Sir…

    wala name ko sa result…kahit sa 3k, 5k…10k po tinakbo ko nasa 59 mins po ung oras ko….sana maayos pa ito…salamat po….

    Wow it’s mind over body, after spending almost 2 hours at the operating room of PNPGH, Camp Crame QC, 3 days before the race day, I still manage to log in my best 10Km PR of 00:56:05 (Under 1 Hour)…….

    renz wala ako sa photos mo huhuhuhu, pero ok lang.. nag enjoy ako sa takbo.. ganda ng lugar.. challenging sya… nahirapan ako sa mga paakyat.. parang nbreak ang unilab run ah harharharharharh
