Apart from running in marathon events or going on a light evening jog, I use my Energizer 7 LED Headlight in the beach during night time when we go shore fishing at low tide. It’s very useful by just putting it on my head. My hands are free to pick up fish and shrimp that are stuck in the holes or rocks. There are also the shells which are my favorite.
