Allyson Felix’s Saysh One Shoes

Saysh is a shoe brand by Allyson Felix, the most decorated athlete in track and field. Allyson won her 11th Olympic medal in Tokyo on Saturday morning all while wearing her own shoes – Saysh 0.07 Spike.

Saysh was launched after a split with Nike. The Saysh Collective is for women who recognize the effort it takes to be effortless.

Saysh One LifeStyle Sneaker is “lightweight construction pairs woven jacquard textiles and microsuede touches for a breathable, everyday sneaker. The design is sculpted to fit the shape and form of the female foot, with a single heel piece and a snug lacing system, producing an elegant, graceful silhouette that’s both supporting and comforting.”

Saysh One is currently for pre-order and will be available and ready to ship in September. The shoes is being sold for $150.

“The form of the Saysh One is inspired by the lines of a wrap dress, which creates an undeniably feminine shape through a flowing design that every woman knows is flattering and chic. The drapes of a wrap dress are also reminiscent of Allyson’s place of work: the lines that denote a running track.”

According to Allyson on bysaysh.com, “We design and develop products for and by women. We started with my racing spikes. We’re bringing lifestyle sneakers next and creating all of this on the foundation of community. I can’t wait for you to see it all, to be part of it all. These products mean so much more to me than simply the shoes I compete in. This brand represents hope, acceptance, and the power to create change. I hope you’ll come to feel that also. When you see me run, know that I’m not running for medals.

I’m running for change. I’m running for greater equity for each of us. I’m running for women. More than anything, I’m running toward a future where no woman or girl is ever told to know her place.”
