Pulangi Half Marathon 2025

The Pulangi Half Marathon is a meaningful event that celebrates the cultural heritage and enduring spirit of Quezon, Bukidnon. Taking its name from Pulangi, the old name of the municipality, the event serves as a tribute to the town’s rich history and identity.

Supported by the Local Government Unit of Quezon, Bukidnon, it aims to promote health and wellness through running, while fostering sportsmanship, unity, and community pride. Paying homage to the mighty Pulangi River, the event also honors the natural heritage that shaped Southern Bukidnon’s way of life.

Offering a total of ₱400,000 in cash prizes for both overall and age category winners, the Pulangi Half Marathon is a platform to inspire the youth and the community to embrace an active lifestyle, build camaraderie, and reconnect with the roots that shaped the town’s identity.

This event also seeks to establish Quezon as a strong advocate of culture, adventure and outdoor sports in Bukidnon.
