Race for Water Virtual Run 2021

Waves for Water Philippines together with Takbo.ph is launching Race For Water, a virtual ride and run experience to raise awareness on clean water access inequality. Funds raised from the event will go towards building a gravity-fed water system to an upland Aeta community in Porac, Pampanga that will enable them to have water points within meters of their homes. The accumulated distance traveled by all participants will also be converted into liters of water filtered, through the implementation of water filtration systems and distribution of containers to areas in need.

Race For Water is organized in partnership with H&M, Aveda, and The Bouldering Hive, and co-presented by TUMI, San Miguel Corporation, and Atlas.

Race for Water Virtual Run 2021
March 1 – April 15, 2021
21KM, 50KM, 100KM, 200KM (accumulated distance)

This is a Virtual Run. The distance is not to be completed in just one run. Instead, you can run a few kilometers in a day from March 1 – April 15, 2021 until you complete the target distance.
